Ling cod portions are skinless, boneless and individual vacuum packed. Each piece weighs between 6-8 oz. Our ling cod is sustainably harvested in SE Alaska by Kevin and other Seafood Producer Co-op members. Alaskan ling cod is a firm, flaky whitefish known for its mild, slightly sweet flavor and meaty texture. It is incredibly delicious and versatile—perfect for grilling, pan-searing, baking, or raw preparation like ceviche. Its dense, lean fillets hold up well to bold seasonings and sauces, making it a favorite for a variety of recipes.
