Summer Salmon Sale
Our wild Alaskan sockeye salmon is caught by Kevin and other small-scale fishermen, the salmon are processed at a fisherman-owned facility in Bristol Bay, Alaska. As partial owners, Kevin and his peers are incentivized to handle the catch with care, delivering bled and chilled salmon for a superior product. This direct-to-consumer model ensures that the salmon maintains its exceptional quality and reaches customers in pristine condition.

- Spring Whitefish | Pick up in mid-May | Halibut, black cod, ling cod
- Summer Salmon | Pick up in late August | Sockeye salmon, halibut cheeks, black cod tips
- Winter Cod & Smoked | Pick up in early December | Pacific cod, smoked salmon, smoked black cod
