Our wild Alaskan sockeye salmon is caught by Kevin and other small-scale fishermen, the salmon are processed at a fisherman-owned facility in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Fillets are flash frozen, boneless and individually vacuum packed. Boxes typically contain around 12-13 fillets with each fillet weighing between 1 and 2lb each.
