Spring Whitefish Sale

Boxes of halibut, black cod (sablefish) and ling cod will be available for pickup in early June, following Kevin’s spring fishing season aboard the F/V Dangerous Cape in Southeast Alaska. The whitefish portions are expertly hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen in Sitka by one of the oldest fishermen’s cooperatives in the U.S. As a member of this co-op, Kevin—along with fellow fishermen—benefits from a system that rewards meticulous care for the catch, ensuring an exceptionally high-quality product
