Winter Cod and Smoked Salmon Sale
For our first-ever winter sale, we’re excited to introduce two new products. We are offering a premium Pacific cod harvested in the Bering Sea by my friends, Erik and Lacey Velsko, aboard their vessel Kaia. The only fishermen in Alaska using true Icelandic handling techniques, they have gone to great lengths to pioneer a quality-first approach — ensuring their fish is the best Alaska cod you have ever tasted.
After years of searching for a smokehouse that could truly do our salmon justice, we finally found the right partner. I’m excited to offer beautifully hot-smoked Bristol Bay sockeye just in time for the holidays.
